Eyelashes
Eyelash extensions (200 - 500) have become extremely popular in the last couple of years because the look acheived is so natural. Whether you are looking for an everyday look, lashes for your wedding day or just a weekend away, eyelash extensions are the most natural looking form of bringing attention to your eyes without being obvious. People will notice you, but they won't know that you are wearing lashes. Semi-permanent eyelash extensions give you longer, thicker and very natural looking eyelashes. Eyelash extensions are worn by famous celebrities, but you don't have to be a celebrity to wear them. Extensions are perfect for everyday wear as well as special occasions. Each lash is applied one by one to your own natural lashes. With proper care and touchup visits they can last a very long time.
A person's natural eyelash falls out every 60 - 90 days and a new lash grows in immediately. It is necessary to get touch-ups to fill in the fallen lashes. About every 2 to 3 weeks is recommended, however, this will vary from person to person. Your natural lash cycle as well as how you take care of your lashes will affect how long they last. There is no need for mascara even though a water based mascara is fine to use. (Ask a trained professional, ie Juan, how to do so) The result is thicker, longer, eye opening eyelashes that are safe in the shower, while swimming, sleeping or exercising. Eyelash extensions can be composed of Synthetic Fibers, Faux Mink or Natural Mink. The synthetic Fiber lashes are available in many natural colors as well as fun colors such as purple, red, pink, yellow, blue, and etcetera. Faux Mink lashes are lighter, softer and more flexible than conventional synthetic lashes. Natural Mink lashes are the softest, and most flexible lashes and may be tinted just like your natural lashes.
Mink Eyelashes (see slideshow above Right) are the Latest advancement in Fabulous Eye Enhancement. They are more expensive than conventional Synthetic or Human Hair Lashes, but they are much more flexible, comfortable and may be tinted.
Mink Eyelash Extensions (400 - 600) are harvested by gently brushing the coat of a mink, in the same way the humans naturally lose hair follicles by brushing our hair. They are softer and more flexible than synthetic extensions and may be tinted in the same manner as natural eyelashes.
Mink Eyelash Strips (150 - 500) are much more advantageous than normal synthetic or human hair eyelash strips because they may be worn and reused 30-40 times as opposed to 1-10 times. They also come in a luxury hard case to store them when not in use. The mink strips are available with or without embellishments such as Swarovsky Crystals or cultured white or pink pearls.
